What is Digitale?
Digitale, spol. s r.o. was established in January 2008 in Slovakia by several telecommunication experts. Digitale offers telecommunication equipment (PBX, IP telephony, adaptors, GSM gateways, and accessories) to small and medium businesses, and provides professional and business consulting, corporate communication related services (recording of announcements and tailor-made solutions), development of software solutions, as well as solutions to alternative operators, call centres, and property and accommodation facility owners (call charging applications and IVR). Naturally, our complex comprehensive service reaches from the installation of equipment to custom configuration, to after-sales support.
One of the main goals of our company is utmost customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer the possibility of a detailed PBX setup, the choice of add-on applications, or the possibility to design custom corporate applications that are linked to a VoIP PBX. The Digitale IP PBXs allows for the adding of extra features on the fly without interrupting connections or adding extra hardware. Besides for that, in most cases these changes can be implemented remotely without the necessity of an on-site presence, which reduces the delivery time to a minimum.How can you use it?
